The ZOO will be the premier beach and entertainment destination in the greater Galveston / Bolivar region. Encompassing 45,000 S.F., it will be the largest on the entire Texas Gulf Coast and the only beach front bar and restaurant located on the Bolivar Peninsula as follows:

- 12,000 S.F. main, 2nd fl dining area
- 5,000 S.F. outdoor deck areas with entertainment pavilion
- 7,000 S.F. on the 3rd floor of combined event/overflow/VIP area
